Accordingly we may send you direct mailings or contact you by telephone or email about our various products and services or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. SellAssist24.com and it's "Find A Pro" directory does not share your information with each other unless specified by you. If at anytime your are being solicited by parties in the "Find A Pro" directory please inform us so we can take appropriate action. Notify our staff at staff@sellassist24.com and state whom and what they did to solicit business from you. If they contacted you by email we suggest you attach what was sent from them to us in your notice.
Please be careful and responsible online. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, on SellAssist24.com or otherwise, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties outside our business. While we strive to protect your information, SellAssist24.com cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information through the transmission process and you do so at your own risk. Once an email address or telephone number is advertised on any of your requested marketing it is public information. Your privacy and security of personal information will increase by having your contact information go through SellAssist24.com when advertising your property or listing but we cannot guarantee what can be hidden from public records: property address, property owner, unblocked phone numbers, email replies... Use, Access & Terms:
The website SellAssist24.com is owned and operated by SellAssist24.com. We are primarily an advertising/marketing service for real estate offered "for sale by owner", sellers and real estate agents. SellAssist24.com is not a member of any multiple listing service (MLS), and does not list real estate on any MLS. Our primary business consists or internet advertising through SellAssist24.com and other real estate web advertising sites and call capture 800 service.
Any disputes of our privacy, use, terms and disclaimers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, notwithstanding the conflict of laws provisions of any state. You irrevocably and unconditionally (i) consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the County of Pierce, Washington for any litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your performance or nonperformance hereunder (including but not limited to collection matters), (ii) agree not to commence any litigation arising out of or relating to this agreement or the SellAssist24.com's performance or nonperformance hereunder except in the Washington courts, (iii) agree not to plead or claim that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum, and (iv) agree the Georgia Courts represent the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or either parties’ performance or nonperformance thereunder. Disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall include but not be limited to disputes arising out of or relating to your access to, use of and/or purchase of services or goods made available on FSBO.com. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action by you arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the Agreement, or the Company’s performance or nonperformance under the Agreement, must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
SellAssist24.com has the right to remove any form of marketing from it's clients if non-payment or abuse. Clients will be notified 24 hours in advance by the email stored in our system as form of notification. We do notify user 1 (one) time of any issues prior to removal in an attempt to rectify the non-payment or abuse.
"Abuse" is understood as meaning: solicitation attempts from a 3rd party to gain business from one of our clients, posting false or misleading information, not keeping SellAssist24.com or it's staff of updates or changes to a property (such as price reductions), inappropriate photos (no children or pornographic images allowed), no negative postings about SellAssist24.com, it's affiliates or properties being posted and the destruction or defacing of material(s) used while property is being marketed through SellAssist24.com.
No "hyperlinks" will be permitted without the approval of SellAssist24.com.
Copyrights and Trademarks - All information, content and materials that appear on SellAssist24.com, including, without limitation, text, photographs, images, pictures, graphics and other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof, but excluding information, content and materials that are submitted to our site by users thereof, are copyrighted materials of SellAssist24.com. Further, nothing in this agreement shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right to use any of the Copyrighted or Trademarks used or displayed on this site, without the express written permission of SellAssist24.com.
You shall be solely responsible for hardware, interconnections and telecommunications to access the Site. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to extract, “screen scrape,” monitor, “mine,” or copy any static or dynamic web page on the SellAssist24.com website or the content contained on any such web page for commercial use without the our prior express written permission. You will not spam or send unsolicited e-mail or other messages to any other user of our site for any reason, by means of SellAssist24.com or otherwise. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on SellAssist24.com, our computer system, or other infrastructure. You agree not to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based upon, our site or any software or programming related thereto. Any access or attempt to access any areas of SellAssist24.com's computer system, or information contained on the system, except for SellAssist24.com and information contained thereof, for any purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Payments:
All payments are currently made through PayPal with the use of credit or debit card. SellAssist24.com does not have access to your financial information. We are not associated with PayPal or have a say in it's rules or guidelines. PayPal is a secure payment system!
Disclaimers:
SellAssist24.com does not solicit or list properties for sale through a brokerage or for commission. Some agents associated with SellAssist24.com are licensed with JLS-PCR as required by the State of Washington.
SellAssist24.com is located in Washington and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, including limitations on damages, venue, and application of the law of the State of Washington.
SellAssist24.com works with licensed real estate agents throughout the U.S. and may receive referral fees from such parties. Our company does have a license to receive such referrals. We do not redirect any leads from original listing agent using our system to gain a referral fee. All leads are directed to the paid licensed agent on the property advertised and inquired by a potential property purchaser of that same property.
The information you submit on your property is not changed or altered by SellAssist24.com. Any errors of information or spelling is the responsibility of the advertiser. Please double check you ads and inform us of any needed corrections - staff@sellassist24.com
Callers understand that our call capture 800 number we will obtain the phone number of which they called from in order to contact them back for business use. We do not sell, rent or share this information with any 3rd parties unless requested by caller either verbally or in writing.
90 Day Guarantee refers to sellers, "Advertiser" (legal owner of property). Timeline starts from when payment is received to midnight on 90th day. Complete refund will be made to Advertiser by mail to the "mailing Address" provided by Advertiser" less $10 fee for loss of sign and delivery form SellAssist24.com. "Satisfaction" of said guarantee applies towards SellAssist24.com to have shown lack of performance of services offered.
SellAssist24.com does all it can with marketing your property up to 20 classified websites. We can not control any changes to the 3rd parties advertising or submission changes and it could prevent us from marketing your property within their classified sites. We do not guarantee your property will be marketed on 20 different classified sites or at the same time. SellAssist24.com will change the classified sites it advertises in without notice. Your current ads can be found in you "Dashboard" page. SellAssist24.com will not pay for placement of any properties in any classified ads sites.
Many classified real estate 3rd party sites have timelines of how long a posting is shown and/or when it can be resubmitted for advertisement. SellAssist24.com has no control over the rules and guidelines of these 3rd party real estate classified sites.
