satisfied with our services or your home does not sell within 90
days of using our marketing programs, SellAssist24.com will refund you your payment.
Terms & Conditions:

90 days start from
the date
property recording sign is received by seller and ends at
midnight on the 90th day.

An accepted offer constitutes
a sold property. If the seller accepts an offer on their
property within 90 days, this guarantee is considered void and null.

This guarantee does not apply
to land, mobile, manufactured, condominium, multi-family or
commercial
type properties.

Seller must use and allow us
to use all the marketing tools offered:
1) Seller will have posted
the property recording sign provided by SellAssist24.com for the
entire 90 days.
2) Seller will use and
display the printable flyers that SellAssist24.com
has provided online.
3) Seller
will have provided SellAssist24.com with the correct
information about property and have kept us updated of
any changes to property, i.e. price reductions or
property condition.

Seller must contact
SellAssist24.com by
email to cancel services and request their 90 day guarantee
refund.

A $11 fee will be kept by
SellAssist24.com to replace the cost of the property
recording sign & postage.
